13F data limitations
13F filings are delayed, may be amended, and show only certain U.S.-listed long positions. They do not show every holding, short position, derivative exposure, private investment, non-U.S. holding, or real-time trade. Prices shown on 13FGuru are reference data and are not actual execution prices.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login account secure and for all activity under your account. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operation.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features may require a paid subscription. Billing, cancellation, refunds, and payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or NOWPayments. Subscription access may be updated based on payment provider status.
